Sea Scout Ship Tsunami is a youth boating and sailing program for male individuals 14-21 years of age. The unit is based out of Battle Ground, Washington and maintains several vessels at the Portland Sea Scout Base on the Columbia River. Sea Scouts is a division of the Boy Scouts of America.

Sea Scouts participate in a wide variety of activities, and are not limited to just the water. We may take a weekend cruise on the power boat, go sailing, or take a day to go shooting at a rifle range. Activities are only limited by the scouts' imaginations. It is up to the youth to schedule and plan activities, as well as run weekly meetings.

Visit our Facebook page for videos, photos, news, and info that doesn't get posted on this website. You can also contact crew members to ask questions and find out if our program could be right for you.

The Tsunami is constantly trying to recruit new members, so don't hesitate to come down to a meeting or go out sailing. We need adult leaders too. See our calendar for upcoming events, then contact us to confirm where and if they will be happening. Take a look around this website to learn more about our program, and how you can get involved.
